About the spa

A small spa, run by its founder

One location, one founder, four treatment rooms. No sales targets and no commission on packages: the person who treats you is never paid to sell you the next one.

Founder and aesthetician

Elena Marsh, licensed aesthetician

Elena opened Serene in 2018 after eight years in two large spas where every treatment ended in a sales pitch. She still does most of the facials herself, and she writes every price on the website before a new treatment is offered.

  • Every first visit starts with five minutes of questions: your skin, anything you are allergic to, and what you want from the hour. Nothing is added to the treatment without asking.

  • Licensed esthetician, Texas, since 2010

  • Certified in laser hair removal and chemical peels

  • Trained in prenatal and oncology-safe facials

  • Sample biography for a fictional business. Your site carries your own name, photo and credentials.

The team

The people you will meet by name.

  • Marcus Bell giving a back massage and looking at the camera
Deep tissue and sports massage. Asks about pressure once, then remembers it for next time.

    Massage therapist

  • Nadia Petrova pulling on treatment gloves in a bright treatment room
Peels, microneedling and laser. Tests your skin first and tells you plainly if a treatment is not for you.

  • Jess Calder smiling behind the front desk
Answers the phone and the texts, moves bookings and makes the tea. Sends your reminder the day before.

What we promise

Three rules the spa runs on.

  1. The price is on the page

Every treatment has its price on this website. If something would cost more, we tell you before you lie down, never after.

  2. No sales in the room

Nobody suggests a package or a product during your treatment. If you want one, ask at the desk.

  3. The hour is yours

A 60-minute treatment is 60 minutes on the table. The room is ready before you arrive, and you are never rushed out.
